How to get a Property
If you are interested in purchasing a Land Bank property:
- Determine which Program you would like a property for and fill out an application form:
- Review our inventory list to select the buildings you are interested in.
- Sign a waiver to visit the site.
- If you wish to move forward with purchasing the unit, return to the home with a licensed contractor who will complete the scope of work needed to bring the building up to current City Code. Submit all of this with your application of the program you wish to move forward with.
- Submit the application, with the completed scope, and your proof of funds.
